Every day at our nursery is carefully planned to provide the perfect balance of learning, play, rest, and nurturing care. While no two days are ever the same, here’s a glimpse into what your child can expect when they join our warm and welcoming nursery family.
Morning Arrival & Welcome
Children are greeted by our friendly team and settle into the day with calm, engaging activities. We take time to connect with each child, helping them feel safe, happy, and ready to explore.
A healthy breakfast is available for those who need it, setting children up for the day ahead.

Morning Activities & Learning
Our mornings are filled with a variety of exciting, child-led and adult-guided activities aligned with the EYFS. These may include: creative arts and crafts, storytelling and early language development, STEAM-based exploration, music and movement sessions, each activity is designed to support your child’s development while making learning fun and meaningful.

Outdoor Play & Exploration
Children enjoy daily outdoor play in our garden or on local outings. From nature walks and bug hunts to group games, sports sessions, and physical activities, outdoor experiences encourage curiosity, confidence, and wellbeing.

Lunchtime
Children enjoy a freshly prepared, nutritious two-course lunch made by our on-site chef. Mealtimes are social, relaxed, and a great opportunity for children to develop independence and try new foods.

Rest & Quiet Time
After a busy morning, younger children can rest or nap in a calm and comfortable environment, while older children take part in quiet activities such as reading or puzzles.

Afternoon Activities & Soft Play
In the afternoon, children take part in a range of engaging activities that support their learning and development, from outdoor exploration and garden time to creative tabletop tasks that build communication and problem-solving skills. As the day winds down, they continue to enjoy enriching experiences such as soft play, cooking, sensory activities and small group learning, encouraging physical development, confidence and social interaction.

Tea Time & Wind Down
Children enjoy a healthy two-course tea/dinner, followed by activities that they choose – it could be calm, end-of-day indoor activities such as stories, songs, puzzles, music and movement or energetic outdoor fun experiences. The day ends with winding down and reflecting on their day.
